Trent Nichols- Vice President Employee Benefits

Trent Nichols is a consultant with over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits field. Prior to joining the USI benefits team, he worked as an Account Executive for a large health insurance carrier. He has consulted with numerous clients to assist in the design and implementation of employee benefit programs in the areas of medical, life, disability, dental and voluntary benefits. Trent has experience implementing benefit plans for large employer groups with a focus on Private Kansas School Districts, City and County Government, Healthcare, and Trade Union groups. He has the knowledge and expertise to guide clients through the different phases of assessing and implementing cost control benefits. As a benefits consultant in the USI Human Capital Practice, Trent works with clients to determine their individual needs, provide strategic solutions, and assist in implementation, communication, and monitoring. He is innovative in creating unique client solutions to establish a culture of health and engagement while achieving risk management objectives. Trent holds a degree in Business Communications from the University of Kansas and is Past President of the Wichita Association of Health Underwriters. He is also a member of the Wichita Chapter for the Society of Human Resource Management.
