    With your partnership, SHRM of SWKS can provide valuable education and professional development at an affordable cost to the Southwest Kansas community.

    Partnership Opportunities

    Monthly In-Person Chapter Meetings: $200.00

    SHRM of SWKS provides quality and informative monthly meetings for members and guests. Allowing an opportunity to ask questions and expand our knowledge on HR/Business topics. Lunch is included. Monthly Chapter meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. The meetings begin with lunch, and the guest speaker presents from noon to 1:00 pm. Before the speaker, partners have an opportunity to present for five minutes about their product or service to our attendees and distribute materials at our tables. 

      

     

    Annual Business Leadership Conference Partnership

    Here are various opportunities to partner with SHRM of SWKS during the Annual Bussiness Leadership Conference.

    • Lunch Sponsorship: $1000.00
      Partners will be recognized at the Annual Business Leadership Conference, as well as our advertising. Company logos will be requested to place on the advertisement and partnership board. Partners can have up to two (2) representatives attend the workshop with the registration fee waived.

    • ​Break Sponsorship: $600.00
      Partners will be recognized at the Annual Business Leadership Conference, as well as our advertising. Company logos will be requested to place on the advertisement and partnership board. Partners can have up to one (1) representative attend the workshop with the registration fee waived.

    • Exhibitors Sponsorships:
      Complimentary exhibit space (approximately 6' X 6').
      List of attendees with e-mail and phone numbers.
      Prominent recognition on conference flyers, chapter website, materials, and signage.  ​Please send the .jpg logo to the Chapter President. 

      • Level 1: $750.00
        This level entitles the partner to a five-minute presentation.
        Two (2) representatives attend the conference with the registration fee waived.

      • Level 2: $500.00
        One (1) representative attend the conference with the registration fee waived. 

      • Level 3: $300.00
        Partner will be given a discounted registration fee of $50.0 up to two (2) individuals.

    • Door Prizes and Table Promotions:
      It is recommended that each business partner provide a giveaway at their booth. The item will remain at your booth during the entire conference encouraging additional traffic to your area. Giveaways will be awarded toward the end of the conference.

    Posting Open Positions:  $25.00

    Our website's Job Postings section is a service offered to both SHRM of SWKS members and non-SHRM of SWKS members for 30 days. The Job Postings are offered as a member benefit; therefore, there is no charge to SHRM of SWKS members. Non-SHRM of SWKS members will have a charge of $25.00 per job posting, as long as they are HR-related positions. SHRM of SWKS members can post any position. Postings will be posted on the SHRM of the SWKS website, Facebook page, and an e-mail blast to all SHRM of SWKS members.
