SHRM of SWKS welcomes back Susan Lang an Investigator in the Wichita KS Area Office of the US Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division. Susan has been with the Wage and Hour Division for 35 years and is responsible for the enforcement of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as well as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
