Join us in person or virtually for a webinar to learn more about the SHRM Foundation’s HR-Registered Apprenticeship Program (HR RAP).
It is the first US Department of Labor recognized national HR apprenticeship program. Powered by SHRM's competency-based certification program, the HR RAP is designed to develop untapped talent and upskill incumbent workers for the HR Specialist role through a "learn and earn" experience.
Angela Rogers from SHRM will explain how this on-the-job training paired with classroom learning leads to higher productivity, increased retention and a more diverse workforce. Additional information available at hrapprentice.org.
This exciting new program is especially being champtioned by KS SHRM, who looking to hire a dedicated HR Apprenticeship Navigator to recruit companies and participants. SHRM of SWKS has also stepped up to provide support the required role of mentorship.
