Cassie Stoner is an Investigator with the US Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division. She has been with the Wage and Hour Division’s Wichita Office since 2011. Cassie grew up in Meade, Kansas and received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Iowa State University and master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Wichita State University. She enforces the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other wage-related laws; investigating employers for compliance with minimum wage, overtime, record keeping, and child labor provisions, as well as determining proper designation and allowance of FMLA leave for eligible employees.
