Senior Benefits Consultant
Brian joined Gallagher in 2019 as a Senior Benefits Consultant. He came to Gallagher from a carrier partner where he spent over 23 years creating solutions, untangling
complex situations and overseeing the financial performance of groups. His 30+ years in the insurance industry positions him to come alongside clients and their employees to not only create sustainable solutions, but communicate those solutions to assist with organizational wellbeing. Brian has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing.
Mike Minton
Benefits Consultant
As a Benefit Consultant for Gallagher, Mike consults with employers to create a strategic plan that will enable them to attract, engage, and retain top talent in their organization. By providing organizational wellbeing solutions that
center on strategic investments for employers, Mike helps his clients to become a destination employer within their community and beyond. Mike’s area of expertise is around self-funding, but also works with clients setting up other alternative funding solutions while limiting risk and exposure to their organization.
Mike began his insurance career in 2003 and joined Gallagher in 2019. For the first 16 years, Mike served as Vice President for a Third Party Administrator that worked with employers that wanted to have alternative ways to offer medical plans to their employees. Since joining Gallagher, Mike aims to bring that TPA expertise to the employers that he works with. Mike has a Master’s Degree in Education from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor’s of Science from Emporia State University.
