How do you teach the finer points of Ethics and Integrity, and how does the Integrity of Supervisors affect employee engagement?
What Ethical and Integrity guidelines should we share as an organization?
And how can we help others with Responsible Decision Making?
This program will be submitted for recertification credit for both SHRM and HRCI, and should satisfy the Ethics requirement for HRCI.
Mike will be presenting to the chapter vie ZOOM.
We will still offer the in-person option in order to allow for participation in the business portion of our meeting, as well as networking, and lunch. Those who join us virtually this month will only have opportunity to join for the presentation itself.
Lunch will be potato bar with cookies for dessert, water & tea.
