Managing Myself: When the work we do matters (and it always matters) and we want to make progress, we can deploy our own greatest human resource: ourselves. Because we're a HUMAN resource, though, individual results may vary and we might not hit the mark every time. This session will explore how we can show up most effectively in our strengths AND vulnerabilities to live and work well and make the progress we're after.

Working Across Factions: What would it look like to make progress without politics, turf wars, and toxic relationships? This interactive session will explore practical tools and strategies for working across factions that see and want different things.
