Loretta possesses more than 40 years of progressive human resources experience in union and nonunion environments. She has an M.B.A. and is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).  She is an adjunct professor at several universities and colleges in the Kansas City Metro area and a career transition and executive coach with Lee Hecht Harrison, an outplacement firm.   Loretta was certified as a Form I-9 auditor by the Corporate Immigration Institute located in Overland Park, KS.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), SHRM of Greater Kansas City, and the Association for Talent Development.  She lives in Overland Park, KS.
