Rasa Chiras LMHC, Director of Customer Success
With over 25 years of clinical experience in healthcare, Rasa Chiras has dedicated 12 years to Lucet, where she currently serves as Director of Customer Success for EAP. In this role, Rasa Chiras oversees all EAP Customer Success Managers and their accounts, ensuring seamless implementations, strategic planning, and positive, ongoing client relationships. Her leadership is instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, monitoring key service metrics, and supporting successful client renewals through data-driven evaluation of client-specific analytics.
Before joining Lucet, Rasa Chiras spent 16 years facilitating mental health evaluations and substance use assessments in a large urban hospital’s emergency department in Massachusetts. Her career included serving as Assistant Director of Child and Adolescent Services for the Department of Mental Health for the State of Massachusetts, and later as Clinical Director of a small EAP call center, where she supervised licensed clinicians and customer specialists across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. In these roles, Rasa Chiras provided expert consultations to HR professionals and managers, collaborated with major labor unions for recommendations of behavioral health services, facility contract negotiations, and delivered onsite clinical services to large accounts.
An accomplished educator, Rasa Chiras was an Adjunct Instructor in undergraduate psychology at a private college in Massachusetts for several years part time. After Lucet (formerly New Directions) acquired the previously mentioned EAP, Rasa Chiras relocated to Florida to become a Senior Account Manager for Large Strategic Accounts.
Rasa Chiras holds a Master of Education in Counseling Couples, Families, and Children from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and continues to reside in Florida with her husband, two Havanese dogs, and three cats.
