Mike Henke is a national speaker whose passion for building strong teams led to the creation of Mike Henke Inc, and he works with organizations throughout the country in the areas of Leadership Training, Recruiting & Retention, and Positive Workplace Environment. Mike has created over 50 training programs and was appointed by the Governor to be a Nebraska Diplomat. He is also a former SHRM Chapter President and has been selected to present at numerous SHRM State Conferences and Disrupt HR events.

Shane Iwashige is the owner of The Rock Group from Huchinson, which includes Rock Rentals, Refresh, Rock Renovation, Landscapes by The Rock Group, and Skyland Industrial. He recenty presented to the KS SHRM volunteer leaders at last winter's Leadership Academy, and was so well received that we invited him to come and speak to our group here in Southwest KS..
